Tonight's study fuel after a three mile pre-studying jog?
Trash Can Smoothie:
1 cup fresh spinach
1/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup mixed berried frozen (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
Blend!
the spinach sort of threw me, but if you put enough chocolate in anything, it's good :)
